Doing Your Homework

We feel it is important that our volunteers spend a brief amount of time investigating the history and culture of Nicaragua previous to their volunteer experience (Nicaraguan History).

As part of this effort we would like to have you provide us with an answer to the following questions:

"What are 2 events in Nicaraguan history that are of interest to you and why? How are they related to the current reality of this Central American nation?"
